We welcome any event you’d like to have. From bridal and baby showers, reunions, retirement and work parties, meetings, organizations and clubs; we have a space for your outing. 

Tarbin Gardens Party Packages

For Non-Wedding Events

Booked location is yours for the package specified time. Gardens are open to the public with exception to your location. Your guests may enjoy all features of gardens anytime during your event. Spend the day with fresh air and summer flowers!

You may decorate your location as desired
catering is your choice
and alcohol may be provided.

Handicap accessible, onsite parking, restrooms, electricity, tables and chairs are included.

You are responsible for the safety and actions of your guests during and after your event.

Small Package
  -  Max. 25 People

Gingerbread Terrace

An intimate space nestled at the start of our gardens. Outdoor terrace with small tent, patio tables, chairs and umbrellas over tables to provide shade. Tent is open faced with three sides and has two tables with small bar for gifts, catering, etc.

Music may be played heard within area
10am-5pm    Setup and cleanup included 




Medium Package  -  Max. 45 People
Events Terrace

Outdoor terrace space surrounds our large white reception tent with wisteria chandelier. This location is settled deeper in the gardens and provides plenty of shade, space and beauty.

Tables and chairs are included with our wooden bar/drinks table and floor standing cupcake stand.
Private onsite restrooms, refrigerator and bluetooth speaker with microphone.

Small pop-up available at request

Music may be played heard within area
10am-5pm    Setup and cleanup included 




Large Package  -  Max 125 People
Events Terrace

Our Gardens close to the public at 5pm giving your event exclusive afterhours fun.
Turn the music up a bit, spread out and play games on our lawns, enjoy sunset in the gardens with your invited guests and let the party go on!

Choice of pop-up tent

Tent, surrounding terrace and main pathway are lit at night.

Volume may increase 5pm-9pm
Heard within area after 9pm, 8pm in September

10am-Midnight
Setup and cleanup may be scheduled outside of hours
